Stella Lyrics

No, no, no, no, no, no, Stella
Darling, watch your behavior
Whoooa Stella! Please mind your behavior
You had too much drink at the Christening
And now you don't know what you're doing
Get out my place I will tell you flat
Disadvantage for me to sell you another shotSo she bawled out:"Go ahead and take your advantage,
Go ahead, I give you privilege,"
Don't Worry, don't have no sympathy,
This is between you and me.
I can take care of meself,
Be a love and bring the whiskey from the shelf,
Only give me one or two,
We will see who's taking advantage of who!"Girl, it's getting late, I want to go
Move, let me shut the Bar window
Remember, I know your Family
And we are all very friendly
It wouldn't be nice if they got to hear

I took advantage of you my dear
For heaven's sake get out for a walk
When you sober up tomorrow we gonna talk. And she bawlin':"Go ahead and take your advantage,
Go ahead, I give you privilege,"
Don't Worry, don't have no sympathy,
This is between you and me.
I can take care of meself,
Be a love and bring the whiskey from the shelf,
Only give me one or two,
We will see who's taking advantage of who!""Listen here, I'm over twenty-two
Nobody tells me what to do""But Stella, you had too much to Drink"She laughed and she said,
"that's what you think"Suddenly the telephone starts ringing
So I pick it up, start answering
Stella took the receiver from out my hand
And jumping up and shouting like a mad woman"Go ahead and take your advantage,
Go ahead, I give you privilege,"
Don't Worry, don't have no sympathy,
This is between you and me.
I can take care of meself,
Be a love and bring the whiskey from the shelf,
Only give me one or two,
We will see who's taking advantage of who!"When I couldn't stand the fuss no more
I decided to throw her out the door
She came to my Bar drunk already
But I needed to get her home instead
Her family and I are very good
And we live in the same neighborhood
Don't mind if she give her privilege to me
I'll never take advantage of a young ladyStill, she shouted:
"Go ahead and take your advantage,
Go ahead, I give you privilege,"
Don't Worry, don't have no sympathy,
This is between you and me.
I can take care of meself,
Be a love and bring the whiskey from the shelf,
Only give me one or two,
We will see who's taking advantage of who!"
