Stop Lyrics

Stop, drifting fool
The truth I must bestow in you
Many times I've seen
Men as you, then I smashed their dreamsReasons of no cause
Besides, I myself set the laws
You won't be set free
From internal fears implanted by meFeeding off his hand
As if he was your master
Serving his demand
I wanna talk about itI wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about itI'll guide you only right
Yes, my child, to the light
Many seem to fear
What if their peers happen to hearThat he believes in the truth
Oh, what a shame to rebellious youth
Take it from me

The cowards are those who cease to seeFeeding off his hand
As if he was your master
Serving his demand
I wanna talk about itI wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about itI can't tell you what to do
I can't tell you what to say
Only can advise you
Help you along the waySmash the mental wall
That was forged into your brain
Tune into reality
And break free from the painGiving all possessions
To just a name
Tune into reality
A mortal human reignsFeeding off his hand
As if he was your master
Serving his demand
I wanna talk about itI wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about it
I wanna talk about it

Among the youngest bands ever to storm the metal genre, Death Angel has come to be known as one of the most influential bands to emerge from the thriving bay area thrash metal Scene in the early 1980s, an era when one could catch Cliff Burton at the front of the stage at Ruthie's Inn banging his head to Death Angel's inventive style, and speedy, complex arrangements. In 1986, a Death Angel demo produced by Kirk Hammett titled "Kill As One" sparked the interest of Enigma Records. Then, in 1987, Death Angel's debut, The Ultra Violence, was released.
