Strange Lyrics

I never thought that I was strange
I always had something to do to think about
They say that some things never change
Well I guess they do, 'cos I never thought I was strangeSo I maybe off the wall, just a little bit
I may seem to be unfriendly, but that's not itWell I never thought that I was strange
I always had something to do to think about
They say that some things never change
Well I guess they do, 'cos I never thought I was strangeStrange looks from everybody around
Well I don't care, 'cos I'm not fooling around
I don't know what makes me different and I don't care
Maybe it's not my problem, why do they stare? So I maybe off the wall, just a little bit
I may seem to be unfriendly, but that's not itWell I never thought that I was strange
I always had something to do to think about
They say that some things never change
Well I guess they do, 'cos I never thought I was strangeSometimes I stop, think for a whileI don't know what makes me different and I don't care
Maybe it's not my problem, why do they stare? So I maybe off the wall, just a little bit
I may seem to be unfriendly, but that's not itWell I never thought that I was strange
I always had something to do to think about

They say that some things never change
Well I guess they do, 'cos I never thought I was strange
Well I guess they do, 'cos I never thought I was strange

The Living End formed in 1994 after lead singer/guitarist Chris Cheney and bassist Scott Owen were introduced to each other by their older sisters at Wheelers Hill Secondary College in Melbourne, Australia. Cheney, obsessed with 80s rockabilly group the Stray Cats, convinced Owen to learn the double bass instead of the piano and they started playing gigs under the name Runaway Boys after the title of a Stray Cats song. The group went through a succession of drummers before settling on Joe Piripitzi.
