Sugarland USA Lyrics

Headin' back to sugerland U.S.A.
I been so lonesome ever since I went away
This time, I'm a going back to stay
With my sugar in sugerland U.S.A.I gotta keep these big wheels rolling on
I can see sugerland down the road
And my sugar is waiting patiently
Right there in sugerland U.S.A.Where sugar is sweeter
And loving nights are longer
Sweet love never dies
It gets sweeter and strongerBack home in sugerland U.S.A
Where the living is easy everyday
You can bet this time
I'm gonna stay with my sugar in sugerland U.S.A.
With my sugar in sugerland U.S.A.

Dave Dudley is best-known for his trucker songs including "Six Days on the Road" and "Truck Drivin' Son-of-a-Gun". His duet with Tom T. Hall called "Day Drinking" demonstrated that he was not limited to trucking songs.
