Summer Wind Lyrics

The summer wind came blowin' in
From across the sea
It lingered there to touch your hair
And walk with meAll summer long
We sang a song
And then we strolled that golden sand
Two sweethearts
And the summer windLike painted kites, those days and nights
They went flying by
The world was new
Beneath the blue
Umbrella skyThen softer than
The piper man
One day, it called to you
I lost you to
The summer windThe autumn wind
And the winter wind
They have come and they have gone

And still the days
Those lonely days
Go on and onAnd guess who sighs a lullaby
To nights that never end?
My fickle friend,
The summer wind
Mmm the summer wind
The summer wind
The summer wind
