Superhuman Lyrics

I'm a super man
I wanna be your Superman
I'm a super man
I wanna be your SupermanWhat you get is a crash course to be a man
But a man is a destination never known
Sometimes dressed up like a red hot lady in pumps
Don't think she can get enoughAlways feel like she's runnin' on a hamster wheel
Gettin' high, crashing cars and makin' mistakes
Keepin' her face packed with Cocaine
Her face is numb, your faith is goneI'm travelin' on now
I'm makin' plans nowCocaine
Alcohol
Lady lie
Withdrawal
Cocaine
Alcohol
Lady lie
WithdrawalKeep it comin' in a world that's blown up wild

Keep it comin' in a world that's bred her style
We're all runnin' from the goose she's high on cocaine
There's a noose swimmin' right between her legs to her brainWe're all in need of a superhuman woman now
We're all in need of a superhuman woman now
So rodeo, rodeo, rodeo, rodeo
Throw the rope around her neck and get the show on the roadI'm travelin' on now
I'm makin' plans nowCocaine
Alcohol
Lady lie
Withdrawal
Cocaine
Alcohol
Lady lie
WithdrawalI'm travelin' on now
I'm makin' plans nowWhat's she thinkin'?
She'll never get enough
What's she thinkin'?
She'll never get enough
What's she thinkin'?
She'll never get enough
What's she thinkin'?
She'll never get enough
What's she thinkin'?
She'll never get enough
What's she thinkin'?
She'll never get enough
What's she thinkin'?
She'll never get enough
What's she thinkin'?
She'll never get a lesser enoughCocaine
Alcohol
Lady lie
Withdrawal
Cocaine
Alcohol
Lady lie

Velvet Revolver is a hard rock supergroup formed in 2002 and consisting of former Guns N' Roses members Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, alongside Dave Kushner formerly of punk band Wasted Youth. Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland was Velvet Revolver's lead singer from their formation until 2008. In 2004, the band achieved commercial success with their debut album, Contraband. Critics initially described Velvet Revolver as a mere combination of Stone Temple Pilots and Guns N' Roses, and criticized the band for a "disconnection" between Scott Weiland and the rest of the band.
