Survive You Lyrics

Now that weve come to an end
You say that you wanna be friends.Dont say a word, dont make a sound,
Dont keep in touch, dont come around,
Dont ask me how Im doing now,
Dont think of me, just fade me out.
Forget about me and Ill forget about you.I cant pretend that I dont love you anymore
I cant be friends cause it hurts like its never hurt before.
Now you think that Im cold and I dont care about you,
Im better without you, couldnt be further from the truth.
Girl, Im dying, Im just trying to survive you.My scars are still burning since you walked away,
Cause you rip them wide open when I see your face.
Im back at square one trying to breathe through the pain,
You dont even know what youre doing to me.
When I get through to life after you?I cant pretend that I dont love you anymore
I cant be friends cause it hurts like its never hurt before.
Now you think that Im cold and I dont care about you,
Im better without you, couldnt be further from the truth.
Girl, Im dying, Im just trying to survive you.Now that weve come to the end

You say that you wanna be friends.
But I,I cant pretend that I dont love you anymore
I cant be friends cause it hurts like its never hurt before.
Now you think that Im cold and I dont care about you,
Im better without you, couldnt be further from the truth.
Girl, Im dying, Im just trying to survive you,
Im just trying to survive you.Weve been all around the world,
It was me and you, done a thing or two.
No matter what lies round there been,
Youll always have my heart.Gone on like a house on fire,
When all the other things burned out.
Were always taking one step higher
When everybody else went down.
They said we didnt have a chance
They said well never make it, now.
Never know what the future holds
All we get is right now.Lets go out with a bang, lets go out with a bang,
So theres nothing left behind,
We only have tonight.
Lets go out with a bang, lets go out with a bang.Remember that were only human, everybody makes mistakes
But theres no use in always being in safe.
Tonight were gonna go harder, like I never see you again,
Who knows what the future holds, and if this is the endLets go out with a bang, lets go out with a bang,
So theres nothing left behind,
We only have tonight.
Lets go out with a bang, lets go out with a bang.Youll have my heart, no matter what,
Theres nothing in this world that can break us up.
This wasnt made with human hands,
Its all part of a bigger plan.
If we keep an open mind, if we dare to look inside
Theres no limit to the beauty we can find.Weve been all around the world,
It was me and you, done a thing or two.
No matter what lies round there been,
Youll always have my heart, but before we partLets go out with a bang, lets go out with a bang,
So theres nothing left behind,
We only have tonight.
Lets go out with a bang, lets go out with a bang.Youll have my heart no matter what,
Aint nothing in this world that can break us up.
Youll have my heart no matter what,
Aint nothing in this world that can break us up.
Youll have my heart no matter what,
Aint nothing in this world that can break us up.

New Kids On The Block (later NKOTB) is a successful boy band of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Assembled in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S. in 1984 by producer Maurice Starr; the members consist of brothers Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg and Danny Wood. The group went on to sell over 70 million albums worldwide, generated hundreds of million of dollars of concert revenues, and roughly paved the way for acts like Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC.

New Kids were awkward and enthusiastic on their 1986 debut, which wasn't surprising considering that the oldest members were barely 16 years old. With their next album, 1988's Hangin' Tough, the group's image had toughened up and they had the material to support it. From the saccharine ballad "I'll Be Loving You Forever" to the title track's stab at funk, the band had a seemingly endless streak of hits in 1988 and 1989; their Christmas album even went double platinum. New Kid mania continued with 1990's Step by Step; even if it sold five million copies less than Hangin' Tough, it still sold three million copies. But that was the end of the road for their short time in the sun — they were the subject of an endless amount of jokes and were getting no respect. Besides, their audience was growing up. In 1994, they returned with the Starr-less Face the Music, which actually showed a remarkable musical maturity — they were a credible urban R&B outfit — but hardly sold anything, even if they were packing theaters on tour. In June of 1994, the band announced that it had acrimoniously parted ways and all of the members were pursuing solo careers

In 2008, the members regrouped, recorded and released their first single together as New Kids On The Block titled "Summertime" from their new album titled "The Block". "The Block" features artists such as Ne-Yo, Lady Gaga, New Edition, and Akon.
