Take Me Home Country Roads Lyrics

Almost heaven, West Virginia
Blue Ridge Mountain, Shenandoah River
Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, growing like the breezeCountry roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, Mountain Mama
Take me home, country roadsAll my memories gather round her
Miner's lady, stranger to blue water
Dark and dusty painted on the sky
Misty taste of moonshine, teardrop in my eyeCountry roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, Mountain Mama
Take me home, country roadsI hear her voice in the morning now she calls me
The radio reminds me of my home far away
And driving down the road I get a feeling
That I should have been home yesterday, yesterdayCountry roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, Mountain Mama

Take me home, country roadsCountry roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, Mountain Mama
Take me home, country roadsTake me home, country roads
Take me home, country roads

Enjoy the lyrics !!!
