Take Me (I'm Yours) Lyrics

I can remember all the things that you once said
My love was so satisfyin'
But now your love is slowly, slowly dyin'
I know what I've put you through
And I wanna make it up to youPlease forgive me, baby
Don't let it end this way
I swear I'll never lie
Just give it one more tryTake me, I'm yours
(Forever)
Take me, I'm yours
(Forever)
I was a fool to ever let you go
(Silly of me to ever let you go)Please forgive me, baby
Don't let it end this way
Girl, give me one more chance
Please take me back againI tried to deny all the love I have inside
By runnin' away from the truth
Knowin' my love belongs to you, to you

Now here I stand alone with my heart without a homePlease forgive me, baby
(Please, baby)
Don't leave and walk away
(Don't leave)
Girl, give me one more chance
(Give me one more chance)
To win your love again
(To win your love again)Take me, I'm yours
(Take me, take me, open up your heart)
Take me, I'm yours
(You see I'll do whatever it takes to make it up to you)
I was a fool to ever let you go
(Silly of me to think that I could live without you, baby)Please forgive me, baby
Don't let it end this way
Girl, give me one more chance
Take me back againI'm yours, I'm yours, I'm yours
I'm yours, I'm yours, I'm yours
I'm yours, I'm yours, I'm yours(Take me, I'm yours)
Take me, take me
(Take me, I'm yours)
You see I know that I was a fool to ever let you go
(I was a fool to ever let you go)You see that it takes a fool to make the same mistake twice
(Please forgive me, baby, don't leave me and go away)
Now all I know is that I love you
(Girl, give me one more chance)
Give me one more chance
(Please, take me back again)Take me, I want you to take me
(Take me, I'm yours)
You see I wanna go somewhere
(Take me, I'm yours)
Where it's nice and quiet, yeah
Where we can just lay down, we can shout so loud
(I was a fool to ever let you go)You see, do you remember
How we used to make sweet love
(Please forgive me, baby)
All night long till the break of dawn? Don't stop
(Don't leave and walk away, girl, give me one more chance)
Please, take me back again)
Come on y'allI'm in love, love, love, love, love, I'm in love
I'm in love, I know
Oh yeah, listenYou see I wanna go somewhere
Where it's nice and quiet
Where we can just sit down
(Please forgive me, baby)Sigh for a while
(Don't leave and walk away)
Love for a while
(Girl, give me one more chance)
Squeeze for a while
(Please, take me back again)
Hold for a while, come onTake me, I'm yours
(Take me, take me, take me, take me)
(No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no)
Take me, I'm yours
(No, no, no, no, no)
I was a fool to ever let you go
(Ever, ever)Oh, but I'm beggin'
(Please forgive me, baby)
Beggin' you don't leave me
(Don't leave and walk away, girl, give me one more chance)
Or if you open the doors and let me in again
(Please, take me back again)See I swear I, I swear I
(Take me, I'm yours)
I'll make it feel so good
Do you remember how it feels?
(Take me, I'm yours)
Do you remember? All you got to do is step right here
(I was a fool to ever let you go)
Step right here in my bedroom
And I'm just gonna shower you with all of my love
(Please forgive me, baby)Come on, baby, give me one chance
(Don't leave and walk away)
Please, please, please, please, please, come on
(Girl, give me one more chance)
