Tang Lyrics

Do a little bit of fucking tang
Try to sit down but you gotta dance
All you want is just a half a chance
All she wants is just a fun romanceI gotta pocket full of change, let's get tanked
A pocket full of change, let's get tanked
All you want is just half a chance
Come on let's dance, sugar
Let's dance, let's danceI gotta lotta people that I'd like to thank
Suspended animation critical think tank
Shed a tear or maybe bust a rhyme
Know you love to have a real good timeYou can stand in the ocean line
I'll come to you and somewhere suffering second night
I was kicked out of my school social
No school social
School social, schoolDo a little bit of fucking tang
Try to sit down but you gotta dance
All you want is just a half a chance
All he wants is just a fun romanceI gotta pocket full of change, let's get tanked

A pocket full of change, let's get tanked
All you want is half a chanceAfter all is said and done, you're still a vision
Complimentary drinks to you, you've found your reason
You won't hear it on the television, see it on the radio
You won't hear it on the television, see it on the radio

Grinspoon are an Australian post-grunge band (formerly alternative metal) from Lismore, Australia, formed in 1995 by Phil Jamieson (vocals), Pat Davern (guitar), Joe Hansen (bass), and Kristian Hopes (drums). They gained fame when they were Unearthed by national commercial-free radio station Triple J with their track Sickfest.

The band was heavily influenced by grunge and alternative metal music in their early career, and developed a strong following among mosh pit crowds. Their sound changed to a more mainstream rock sound with their 2004 release Thrills, Kills & Sunday Pills, which caused them to lose many of their earlier fans while at the same time gaining a lot of new ones.
