The Big Crash Lyrics

Well, she's always been a good, good girl
But she's always lived in her own world
Stealing makeup from her mommy's purse
And her mother said it only got worseWell, she ran with kids much older
She did all the things they told her to do
Doing crazy things because they were inNow she's heading for the big crash
She's running with the white trash
The girl is moving too fast
She's heading for the big crash
The big crash, big crashWell, I wish she'd listen to me
And I'd tell her 'bout the things that she doesn't see
Tell her now, before it gets too lateThat she's heading for the big crash
She's running with the white trash
The girl is moving too fast
She's heading for the big crash
The big crash, big crashShe thinks that she's all grown up now
She thinks that she's cool enough now
When will she realize

They're cutting her down to size? The big crash
The girl is moving too fast
She's heading for the big, the big, big crashGoing places where she shouldn't have been
Doing crazy things because they were in
I gotta sayShe's heading for the big crash
She's running with the white trash
The girl is moving too fast
She's heading for the big crash
The big crashShe's heading for the big crash
She's running with the white trash
The girl is moving too fast
She's heading for the big crash
The big crashShe's heading for the big crash
Running with the white trash
The girl is moving too fast
She's heading for the big crash
The big crash, the big, big crashShe's heading for the big crash
The girl is moving too fast
She's running with the white trash
She's heading for the big crash
The big crash, the big, big crash

Eddie Money (born Edward Joseph Mahoney, March 2, 1949 in New York City, United States) is an American rock singer-songwriter who found success in the 1970s and 1980s with a string of Top 40 hits and platinum albums. Rock impresario Bill Graham said of Money "Eddie Money has it all...Not only can he sing, write and play, but he is a natural performer." After becoming a police officer, like his father, during the late 1960s, Money began to be interested in music, and eventually ended his law enforcement career in favor of becoming a musician.
