GAVIN Jones, born on a wet Tuesday in Shrewsbury while his parents were visiting friends, but spent most of his life growing up and being schooled in Merseyside. His musical influences come from a vast range of artists and bands from The Beatles to Prince and more recently artists like John Mayer. He gained notoriety for his performances on the 2007 X-Factor series, were he performed well to reach the last 12 of the Over ‘25s’ category, where each of his performances were featured on the show.
