The Hop Lyrics

Went to the hop
Get myself some fun
There I met a little sweetheart
Believe me, she were fabulousWhen everyone walked out
We stayed on and on
We were vowing to be lovers
Like we never did beforeThen walked a man inside back
Said tiny darling I'm ready
But I still insist down in her ear
Darling, say I'm your lover manSo we walked out back
We stayed on and on
We were vowing to be lovers
Like we never did beforeThen walked a man inside back
He said tiny darling, I'm ready
But I still insist down in her ear
Darling, say I'm your lover manSo we walked out back
And we stayed on and on
We were vowing to be lovers

Like we never did before
Darling, darling, darling, darling, I'm telling you
Won't you come on now and say you're mine
I'm asking you one more time, baby
