The Next Voice You Hear Lyrics

The next voice you hear will be your conscience
As you lie awake and try so hard to sleep
And your unfaithful heart will have to listen
To those shabby little secrets you keepYou'll be tormented like you tormented me
And the tears of shame will fall with every memory
But the next voice you hear will make you listen
Till you wish that you had listened to meYou'll be tormented like you tormented me
And the tears of shame will fall with every memory
But the next voice you hear will make you listen
Till you wish that you had listened to me
