The Perfect Virus Lyrics

Creeping through the system
Spreading like a disease
A cancer like affliction
To bring us down to our kneesCreated for the masses
Systematic crash and burn
To pillage and to plunder
This cyber hungry worldCirculate, devastate
Recreate the perfect virus
Circulate, devastate
Recreate the perfect virusEntering the mainframe
Like a rogue, killing, hunting machine
Weaving it's web of destruction
Like nothing before ever seenArtificial intelligence
Wiping it all as it learns
Crucial data corruption
The chips are down and they burnCirculate, devastate
Recreate the perfect virus
Circulate, devastate

Recreate the perfect virusI will deploy and terminate
I will expand and annihilate
You will scramble to vaccinate
You will find out that it's too late
I will deploy and terminate
I will expand and annihilate
You will scramble to vaccinate
You will find out that it's too late
Too lateAah picking up the pieces
In the aftermath of the war
A technological genocide
The likes never seen beforeSeeking restitution
As the world comes crashing down and
The creator of this Trojan horse
Has vanished, never foundCirculate, devastate
Recreate the perfect virus
Circulate, devastate
Recreate the perfect virusCirculate, devastate
Recreate the perfect virus
Circulate, devastate
Recreate the perfect virus
Virus

Annihilator is a thrash metal band founded by Jeff Waters in Ottawa, Canada in 1984. Along with singer John Bates, the original line-up was complete when drummer Paul Malek and bassist Dave Scott (Richer) joined the band.
Bates and Scott decided to leave the following year citing artistic differences and personality conflicts. Waters relocated to Vancouver where he assembled a whole new line-up, including former D.O.A. member Randy Rampage. Waters has continued to shuffle the line-up, including singers, throughout the band's history.
