The Promise Break Lyrics

I don't think you understand forever
I don't think you know what it means
It doesn't work unless we're in it together
Cuase it always falls apart at the seam
It's three am and I'm going crazy all alone
I've always been afraid of the dark
And after all, when you don't call
All I hear is the Promise Break
You must have meant it when you made it
Time takes its toll on us all
There was so much loves when you gave it
If I can't walk away then I'll crawl
The night just has a way of getting longer when you're lonely
Like icy fingers wrapped around my heart
And down the road, ???
All I hear is the Promise Break
They say true love will never lie
But half the time that's a lie

It's three am and I'm going crazy all alone
I've always been afraid of the dark
And after all, when you don't call
All I hear is the Promise Break
All I hear is the Promise Break
