The Sea - Dirty Mittens

Dirty Mittens, a pop orchestra hailing from Portland, Oregon released their debut EP Pinky Swear in the summer of 2008. Described as a “Pristine slice of '60s nostalgia, filled with shuffling guitar, organ and a swinging horn section." And, "A tastefully vintage brand of pop music, complete with an abundance of hand claps… bringing to mind the pop-genius ambitions of Jens Lekman alongside enough bedroom twee to warm even the coldest of hearts" This is a band that wears old soul records on their sleeve and lovable pop music on their fingertips.
