The Sun Still Shines Lyrics

On and on and on and on
I think of you since you've been gone
And every night before I wake
Dream of days gone by to mend my heartbreakThe sun still shines, the moon still glows
Can't someone tell me where did my love go
The world still turns, I still believe
She's somewhere out there lookin' down on meYour so happy babe, I'm missing you like crazy
You were the one that is realized right by my side forever
Still hear our favorite song, tears fall as I sing along
I don't know if I can make it without you my hearts still achin'I meant what I said
When I told you that I love you for all time
And years have gone by
But I'm still as much in love as I was that nightThe sun still shines, the moon still glows
(Still glows)
Can't someone tell me where did my love go
(Where did my love go?)
The world still turns, I still believe
(I still believe)

She's somewhere out there lookin' down on meStare at your picture lately, my future's getting hazy
I hear the wind call out your name it's makin' me remember
That night you drove away, wish I had just one more day
I don't know if I can make it without you my hearts still breakin'I meant what I said
When I told you that I love you for all time
And years have gone by
But I'm still as much in love as I was that nightThe sun still shines, the moon still glows
(Shines)
(Still glows)
Can't someone tell me where did my love go
(Ohh ohh ohh)
The world still turns, I still believe
(The world still turns)
(She's)
She's somewhere out there lookin' down on me
(Me)On and on and on and on
I think of you since you've been gone
(You've been gone)
And every night before I wake
(Ohh)
Dream of days gone by to mend my heartbreak
(Ohh)I know the rain still falls
I know the sun still shines
I know that there will still be better days
If you were still mineThese years keep passin' by
But I'm still as much in love as I was that nightThe sun still shines, the moon still glows
(Sun still shines)
(Moon still glows)
Can't someone tell me where did my love go
(My love)
The world still turns, I still believe
(The world still turns)
She's somewhere out there lookin' down on me
(She's somewhere out there)The sun still shines, the moon still glows
(Eh up in the sky)
(The sun still shines)
Can't someone tell me where did my love go
(Tell me, eh eh eh)
The world still turns, I still believe
(The world still turns)
(I still believe)
She's somewhere out there lookin' down on me
(Oh yah aye yah)Where'd you go
I don't know, I don't know
Won't you tell meWhere'd you go
The world still turns
My baby's goneWhere'd you go
I need to know
Where'd you go
Won't you tell me

Lfo

There are 2 bands under the name LFO.

1) English band LFO were one of the pioneers of the harsh techno of the early 1990s. Originally comprising Gez Varley (also known as Jez Varley) and Mark Bell, they met while studying at Leeds and gave their first track, the eponymous “LFO”, to Nightmares On Wax. The demo’s popularity in clubs lead to the track being released by Warp in 1990, where it made it into the Top Twenty. The name “LFO” comes from the term low frequency oscillator, a component used to alter sounds in synthesizers, samplers etc.

Gez Varley left the duo in 1996, and continues to have a solo career. Mark Bell continues to record under his own name and that of LFO, as well as producing albums for Björk and Depeche Mode.

LFO’s album ’Frequencies’ (containing the previously mentioned “LFO” and its follow-up single, “We Are Back”) was a popular album for Warp Records and undoubtedly helped establish them as a successful global independent electronic label, along with label-mates Nightmares On Wax and Sweet Exorcist. It was originally released with a warning sticker stating that the record company was not responsible for the potential damage to speakers due to the the extremely loud, low frequency bass signals contained within the music.

‘Frequencies’ was followed by the less commercially successful ’Advance’ and, in 2003, by ’Sheath’ which saw a return to the earlier minimal techno sound of LFO’s debut.

2) Lyte Funky Ones (LFO) was an American "boy band" pop group consisting of Rich Cronin, Devin Lima (born Harold Lima), and Brad Fischetti. Before Devin Lima joined the group in 1999, the third member was Brian Gillis, known as “Brizz”, who was with the group from its start in 1995. Rich Cronin was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2005. He founded The Rich Cronin Hope Foundation. Cronin lost his battle on September 9th 2010.
