The Wedding March Lyrics

One dance whose steps I never could learn
It's called 'The wedding march'
The grace that it takes, the grace you deserve
Require a lighter touchI know you love dancing
Oh, I know that you love dancing so muchI know you love dancingMusic's a wild thing with mischief to prove
I can't adjust to the way that you move
Music's a wild thing whatever the groove
Some music isn't for dancingOne dance whose steps I never could learn
It's called 'The wedding march'
The grace that it takes, the balance and poise
I still find a mysteryI know you love dancing
So I know that you'd hate dancing with me
I know you love dancing
So I know that you'd hate dancing with me

Prefab Sprout are an English pop band from Witton Gilbert, County Durham formed in 1976, who rose to fame during the 1980s. Though critically acclaimed, and considered by many to have released some of the best pop albums of the decade, the band never matched this acclaim with commercial success. The band's best known lineup comprised Paddy McAloon (vocals, guitar, keyboard), Wendy Smith (vocals, guitar, keyboard), Martin McAloon (bass), and Neil Conti (drums).
