The Wind and Rain - Desbot

DESBOT is the side solo project from Maurice Beckett of Jakob. This outfit show's him continuing his love of distorted bass drones, by means of a loop pedal,delays,reverb,and of course,distortion. Think of SUNNO))),OM,WINDY AND CARL. Generally a one man band,though at various times has been joined on stage with extra musicians,most notably Jeff Boyle, JASON JOHNSTON(JAKOB) and Jules Desmond (Letterbox Lambs and Black Boned Angel). These extra's have added dimension's to DESBOT's expansive live sound, bringing a nice contrast to what at times can be an overwhelming hum of bass.
