There's No Way Lyrics

As I lay by your side and hold you tonight, I want you to understand
This love that I feel is so right and so real and I realize how lucky I am
And should you ever wonder if my love is true
There's something that I want to make clear with youThere's no way I could make it without you
There's no way that I'd even try
If I have to survive without you in my life
I know I wouldn't last a day, oh baby, there's no wayBaby I've always loved you
And I hope you know thatIt means so much to me whenever I see
That wanting me look in your eyes
And I don't know how I could do without
Holding you close every night
I've waited so long just to have you to hold
And now that I've got you, I'll never let goThere's no way I could make it without you
There's no way that I'd even try
If I had to survive without you in my life
I know I wouldn't last a day, oh babe, there's no wayAnd I never knew what you give, what I was missin'
Now you say forever, I find my heart is listenin', yes I'm listenin'There's no way I could make it without you
There's no way that I'd even try

If I had to survive without you in my life
I know I wouldn't last a day, oh babe, there's no wayBaby there's just no way

Alabama is a country music band from Fort Payne, Alabama that was started in 1969 but did not get a recording contract until 1977. Alabama began by singing for tips around Myrtle Beach before going on to sell millions of records. They were among the first successful country groups since the mid-1970s, thanks to their blend of contemporary and traditional country and southern rock. On July 4-93 they opened a $7-million, 2,200-seat theater, located in Barefoot Landing-Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

The members of Alabama are:

- Randy Owen (vocals and rhythm guitar)
- Teddy Gentry, (vocals and bass guitar)
- Jeff Cook (lead guitar, keyboards, bass guitar, fiddle, banjo, and mandolin)
- Mark Herndon (drums and percussion)

Along with the Oak Ridge Boys and the Statler Brothers, Alabama is recognized as having paved the way for today's top country groups, including Diamond Rio, Lonestar and Rascal Flatts.
