This Is Goodbye - Hephystus

This 5 man progressive metal band from Greensboro, NC brings a unique sound to the table. Boasting a wide range of influences from metal bands such as Opeth, Iced Earth, and Dream Theater to more mainstream hard rock such as Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, and Between the Buried and Me. They're sure to pleasse anyone from the newest Hard Rock recruit to the most experienced metalhead. Hephystus began in early 2008 when drummer Troy Surratt and keyboardist Andrew Pollard began to play with vocalist Brandon Miller and bassist Jonathan Loftis.
