Thunderdome Lyrics

I've seen their faces, at different places
They mingle with the crowds or hide awayTwo slimy creatures, suspicious features
In camouflage they're waiting to attack
They start their mission in sound and vision
And drag their victims to the hill of fearDon't tell me, I'm insane
I've seen this human slaughter
And there will come the day
We'll have to leave our valeHear our cry
Is there someone who can help us?
Why, tell me, why
Do they bring us to the place called?Thunderdome, ThunderdomeIn disaffection we watch the action
We take for granted what we're living for
But unexpected and not accepted
Their power is increasing more and moreDon't tell me I'm insane
I've seen this human slaughter
And there will come the day
We'll have to leave our valeHear our cry
Is there someone who can help us?

Why tell me, why
Do they bring us to the place called?Thunderdome, Thunderdome
Thunderdome, ThunderdomeI smell the rotten bodies
No one's left, everything's so muddy
Give me hope to survive my future
Is this place diseased by creatures?Hear our cry
Is there someone who can help us?
Why, tell me, why
Do they bring us to the place called?Hear our cry
Is there someone who can help us?
Why, tell me, why
Do they bring us to the place called?Thunderdome, Thunderdome
Thunderdome, Thunderdome

Primal Fear is a German power metal/heavy metal band formed in 1997 by Ralf Scheepers (Vocals/Ex-Gamma Ray, ex-Tyran' Pace), Mat Sinner ( Bass and Vocals/Sinner), Stefan Leibing and Tom Naumann (Guitars). Their style is a heavy power metal sound with the Halford-esque vocals of Ralf Scheepers that give a feeling of Judas Priest's Painkiller era. Scheepers formed the band after he was not hired as Rob Halford's replacement in Judas Priest, a job for which he was a finalist, that went to Tim "Ripper" Owens.
