Toi toi toi Lyrics

Toi toi toi
You only have one mode of employ
A science to a skill you know you've tried
Instead of finding comfort in the blindAdorn yourself in wraps of yore
Taser them with blasts of more
Signs you know they'll understand
Guide them with your knowing handToi toi toi
Good luck, go and play killjoy
Toi toi toi
Good luck, go and play killjoy
Toi toi toi
Good luck, go and play killjoy
Toi toi toi
Good luck, go and play killjoy
Hawk eye got your eye on
Hawk eye got your eye on
Hawk eye got your eye on
Hawk eye got your eye on

Hawk eye got your eye on
Hawk eye got your eye on
Hawk eye got your eye on my prize
(It's crowded, it's too crowded in here)Long hair you're not convincing anyone
You're not convincing anyone
No, no
Long hair you're not convincing anyone
You're not convincing anyone
You're not convincing anyone
Play louder than everybody trying to trick yourself
Trying to trick yourself
Just to trick everybody else
Play louder than everybody trying to trick yourself
Trying to trick yourself
Just to trick everybody elseWatching, waiting, waiting, waiting
Hawk-eyed, crazy, crazy, crazy
Steal from the crowd, the crowd, the crowd
You're so proud, so proud, so proudToi toi toi
Good luck, go and play killjoy
Toi toi toi
Good luck, go and play killjoy
Toi toi toi
Good luck, go and play killjoy

Brooklyn’s TEEN came together when Teeny Lieberson, formerly of Here We Go Magic, left her post in the latter band in order to make music with her sisters Katherine and Lizzie and their longtime friends Jane Herships and former member Maia Ibar. Forgoing girl-group gimmickry and fervor, the band’s digital-only debut EP, Little Doods, fleshed out a sound of languid, lo-fi psyche pop redolent of Paisley Underground bands like Opal and Rain Parade. Since releasing the EP in April 2011, they have steadily honed their sound around New York and readied their first long-player, In Limbo.
