Tomorrow On the Runway Lyrics

Old days don t come to find me
This sun is just about to climb
Up over there
While my heart is sinking
I do not want my voice to go out
Into the air
Did you leave the darkness without me?
You re always miles ahead
And we re standing in tomorrow
On the runway
All be the music in my head
The air around my bed
All be my rest
Retrace the smile disgraces
Of the time embraces
That I never really loved
Did you leave the darkness without me?
You re always miles ahead

On the runway
Oh I want to fly, fly far around the blue light
To be alive, come alive
Don t need right, find in try... red light
Turn around, seem always to go my way
Old days don t come to find me
This sun is just about to climb
Up over there
While my heart is sinking
I do not want my voice to go out
Into the air
Did you leave the darkness without me?
You re always miles ahead
And we re standing in tomorrow
On the runway
On the runway.

After many incarnations of the band, the duo of Matt Brown and Anna-Lynne Williams, who founded the project over 15(1997) years ago in Orange County, continue to craft the sound of Trespassers William in Seattle, WA. Their experimental shoegaze music has been featured in numerous films and television programs, and they have toured Europe and the United States extensively. A new EP, The Natural Order of Things, was released on Gizeh Records in spring 2009.
