Touchy! Lyrics

Donna found us in her slow and dreamy way
I can't hear a word the waites says
She's looking older now, the color of her hair
She walks into the room too pleased to find me thereMe, I'm touchy, touchy you
Me, I'm touchy and you know what to do
Me, I'm touchy, touchy, touchy you
Me, I'm touchy and you know what to doTheres's both of us together in a room by ourselves
I sneeze to look around but there's no escape
What can I do? What can I say?
She's waiting for this moment to explain itselfMe, I'm touchy, touchy you
Me, I'm touchy and you know what to do
Me, I'm touchy, touchy, touchy you
Touching love is the best I doHey, this time you've gone too far
You know how touchy we are
Hey, this time you've gone too far
You know how touchy we areDonna found me in her slow and dreamy way
Now she reads me what the papers say
The way she laughs at what I do

I'm waiting for this moment to explain itself thoughMe, I'm touchy, touchy you
Me, I'm touchy and you know what to do
Me, I'm touchy, touchy, touchy you
Touching love is the best I doHey, this time you've gone too far
You know how touchy we are
Hey, this time you've gone too far
You know how touchy we areHey, this time you've gone too far
You know how touchy we are
Hey, this time you've gone too far
You know how touchy we areMe, I'm touchy, touchy you
Me, I'm touchy and you know what to do
Me, I'm touchy, touchy, touchy you
Me, I'm touchy, best I doTouchy you
Touchy, best I can do

a-ha was a Norwegian band that was globally successful from the 1980s until their split in 2010. The trio, composed of lead vocalist Morten Harket, guitarist Paul Waaktaar-Savoy and keyboardist Magne Furuholmen, formed in 1982 and left Oslo, Norway for London in order to make a career in the music business. The origin of the name a-ha comes from the lyric of an early song. After checking dictionaries in several languages, they found out that 'a-ha' was an international way of expressing recognition, with positive connotations. It was short, a-ha was easy to say and somewhat unusual.
