Train Without a Whistle Lyrics

Train Without a Whistle
Written by Jon Randall and Jim McBrideYou wont ever see the danger
When youre laying in the arms
Of that tall dark handsome stranger
With that sweet deceptive charm
You cant tell how fast hes going
Cant see the wreck hell make of you
Hes bad for you but you wont know it
Till youre run over by the truthHes a train without a whistle
You wont ever hear a sound
By the time the heartache hits you
Hes already outta town
This may be your only warning
Cause girl Ive been down that track
Hes a train without a whistle
And he aint coming backYou think hell stay
But you dont know him
A trains a-made for moving on

No matter how much love you show him
Youll wake up and hell be goneHes a train without a whistle
You wont ever hear a sound
By the time the heartache hits you
Hes already out of town
This may be your only warning
Cause girl Ive been down that track
Hes a train without a whistle
And he aint coming backHes a train without a whistle
He aint coming back
