Travis Bickle Lyrics

Well all the junkies they know my name
And every city looks the fucking same
And the derelicts the street are all insane
And the scum surges up and there's no one to fucking blame
Game over it's no fun
Got me on the run
I'm gonna go get my gun
Blam, blam, blam you're done
Game over it's no fun
Got me on the run
I'm gonna go get my gun
Blam, blam, blam, you're done
All the prostitutes who run around midnight
And the junkies and hypes are all trying to get tight
They're all trying to find some hope for sale
But there's no fucking way outta this hell
Game over it's no fun

Got me on the run
I'm gonna go get my gun
Blam, blam, blam, you're done
Game over it's no fun
Got me on the run
I'm gonna go get my gun
Blam, blam, blam, you're done
Allegiance to scum promising nothing to a world that's lost strife and conflict, encounters with the devil, Incarnate destruction and annihilation in the city, Acquaducts of blood, Alleyways extort and uproot the forgotten dead, Polluted and incapacitated crippled masses, Polluted and incapacitated crippled masses
Game over it's no fun
Got me on the run
I'm gonna go get my gun
Blam, blam, blam, you're done
Game over it's no fun
Got me on the run
I'm gonna go get my gun
Blam, blam, blam, you're done
Yeah! You're fucking done!

Rancid is a punk rock band which formed in Berkeley, California, United States in 1991. The band consists of Tim "Lint" Armstrong (vocals, guitar), Lars Frederiksen (guitar), Matt Freeman (bass) and Brendan Stieneckert (drums). The band has released seven albums: "Rancid" (1993), "Let's Go" (1994), "...And Out Come the Wolves" (1995), "Life Won't Wait" (1998), "Rancid" (2000), "Indestructible" (2003) and "Let the Dominoes Fall" (2009). The band originally consisted of Armstrong, Freeman (both former members of Operation Ivy) and drummer Brett Reed, with Frederiksen joining in 1993. Reed left in 2006 and was replaced by Stieneckert.

To date, Rancid has released seven studio albums, one split album, one compilation, two extended plays, and a series of live online-only albums, and has been featured on a number of compilation albums. The band has independently sold over four million records worldwide,[4] making it one of the most successful independent punk groups of all time. The band rose to fame in 1994 with its second studio album, Let's Go, featuring the single "Salvation". In the following year, Rancid released its highly successful album ...And Out Come the Wolves, which produced its best-known songs "Roots Radicals", "Ruby Soho" and "Time Bomb", and was certified gold and platinum by the RIAA, selling over one million copies in the United States alone. Its next four albums, Life Won't Wait, Rancid, Indestructible and Let the Dominoes Fall, were also critically acclaimed, though not as successful as ...And Out Come the Wolves. Rancid is currently working on an eighth studio album, which is said to be recorded in September 2011, and expected to be released in 2012.
