Formed in 1999 by Chad Wilder (guitars, bass), Michelle Walters (vocals/keyboards), and David Flick (programming, synths, sampling). Additions to that lineup were made though the current lineup includes Chad Wilder, Corin Jaremka, and Willie von Haug.
