Turn On the Radio and Dance Lyrics

Baby drive in by the lake,
You know that old backroad,
The one that leads right straight
To our old had a cove
Need to drown out this old world and
Turn on the radio and danceWe will wade up to our ankles
In that old muddy water
Ill let you twirl me round
To some hour late night rocker
All the crickets will be singing
Turn on the radio and danceTurn on the radio and dance
Turn on the radio and dance
Baby all I wanna do is
Take off these old shoes
Turn on the radio and danceMaybe well call up that DJ
See if hell play our song
Well wait until he does it
Well stay there all night long

Long as Im there with you
I can hardly wait toTurn on the radio and dance
Turn on the radio and dance
Baby all I wanna do is
Take off these old shoes
Turn on the radio and danceBaby drive in by the lake,
You know that old backroad,
The one that leads right straight
To our old had a cove
Need to drown out this old world and
Turn on the radio and dance
I wanna dance with you
Turn on the radio and dance
