Turn to You Lyrics

You act so tough
But I know what you're doin'
You think fallin' in love
Means fallin' to ruinYou build your walls so high
You act your life out all alone
You don't wanna let me see
That your heart's not made out of stoneThere may be some explanation
Why you feel the way you do
The world makes its rotations
But I just wanna turn to you(Turn to you)
Come on, let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Please let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Why not let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Just wanna turn to youIt has a lot to do
Well, with the fist time that we met

The wild dance in your eyes
Made up for what was never saidGotta get my message
Stop spendin' all our precious time
Because before you know it
We'll be down to our last dimeThere are no explanation
Why I feel the way I do
The world makes its rotations
But I just wanna turn to you(Turn to you)
Come on, let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
I wanna turn to you
(Turn to you)
Please, let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Just wanna turn to youGotta get my message
Stop spendin' all our precious time
Because before you know it
We'll be down to our last dimeThere are no explanation
Why I feel the way I do
The world makes its rotations
But I just wanna turn to you(Turn to you)
Come on, let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Please, let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
I just wanna turn to you
(Turn to you)
Why not let me turn to you(Turn to you)
Come on, let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
I wanna turn to you
(Turn to you)
Why not let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
I just wanna turn to you(Turn to you)
Please, let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Why not let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Why not let me turn to you
(Turn to you)
Please, let me turn to you

Go-Go's are an all-female American rock and roll group formed in 1978. They made rock history as the first all-woman band in pop music that played their own instruments and wrote their own songs to top the Billboard charts with a #1 album. Stylistically, their energetic music spanned punk-pop, surf, new wave, and rock. They rose to fame in the early-1980s and their unlikely success ushered in an era of new bands and new music in the U.S. Their trend-setting debut album "Beauty and the Beat" is considered one of the cornerstone albums of American new wave.
