Eddy and Tom have been making noise together since they were 8 years old. 15 years and several synthesizers later, they now lead London-based art-pop outfit Teddy. Teddy combine a sensibility for pop melody with sonic experimentation. Citing the collaborations between David Bowie and Brian Eno in the late 1970s as a major influence, they aim to obscure the parameters of pop. They steer away from lyrical convention too - songs about religious extremists, monotonous commuters and drag queens permeate their show.
