Two Roads (feat. Ricky Skaggs) Lyrics

Spoken
There's a way that seems right unto a man
But in the end, it's the way of deathVerse 1
I once knew a good good man, did good works all his days
Gave money to the poor, never had a bad word to say
But in his heart he held a high opinion of himself
He said "I don't need God or anybody else's help"Chorus
Two roads stand before you.
Which one will you choose?
You've got one eye on the devil
And God's got His eye on you
Wide is the way of the wicked
But bright is the way of the truth
In the end, sink or swim,
The choice is up to you.Verse 2
O' we all've got that somethin' keeps us struggling everyday
But the fork in the road is up ahead for every sinner, every saint.
I want to hear you when you're whisperin'

To tremble when you shout
Truth is in your spirit 'cus the Spirit bares it outChorus
Verse 3
Is it your lies? Is it your pride that you can't cover up?
You're in too deep and you can't sleep
Ain't it been long enough
Come to me if are weary, heavy laden, there is rest.
He knows all your secrets anyway
Wanna get it off your chest
Get it off your chestBridge
Two roads stand before you
Which one will you choose?
One leads to destruction
One leads me to YouEnding
Lead me Lord, O' Lead me Lord, Lead me Lord
Two roads stand before you
Which one will you choose?
Two roads stand before me
Which one will I choose?
One leads to destruction
One leads me Lord to You

Point of Grace is a group of Christian pop music singers and authors. This all-ladies trio consists of Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, and Leigh Cappillino. The group started out as a quartet in 1991, with original members Breen and Jones, as well as Terry Jones and Heather Payne. In November 2003, Terry Jones decided she needed to spend more time with her family after giving birth to her third child, and left the group, with Cappillino joining in March 2004 for their 2004 release I Choose You. In June 2008, Payne announced her retirement from the group, in order to spend more time with her husband and four children.

In 1998, they added a touring band, with Cappillino's husband, Dana, and Tommy McGee as permanent band members on guitar and on bass, respectively.

In 2006, former Avalon member Michael Passons added his work to the group's live show, usually opening the set with a few solo songs and backing the group on keyboards.

The group's debut self-titled album was released in 1993; since then, they have been recognized as one of the top Contemporary Christian music bands in the United States. In 2003, they released their ninth album, 24 - a compilation of their 24 consecutive #1 radio singles. To this date, no band in any genre has matched this record. As of 2006 the girls have 27 #1 radio singles.

The group has started a conference for young girls, the Girls of Grace series
