Two Ways To Say Goodbye Lyrics

Last night I slept in a bed of tears
But I woke up a better man
There's a space in between who you want and who I am
And some day, baby, we'll both understandNow I could tell you that you'll be alright
And I couldn't hold you, keep lyingOne way is holding on
One way is being strong
There's two ways to say goodbye
Your tears are made of pride
My tears have all been cried
There's two ways to say goodbyeToday I decided to take the long way home
I figured that the drive would do me good
I finally feel awake for the first time
I better get home to do what's right, that's right'Cause one way is holding on
One way is being strong
There's two ways to say goodbye
Your tears are made of pride
My tears have all been cried
There's two ways to say goodbyeNow I won't tell you that you'll be alright

So please don't ask me to spend the night
'Cause I don't wanna hold you and keep lyingOne way is holding on
Oh, but I got to be strong
Either way it's goodbye, it's just a matter of time
Your tears are made of pride
My tears have all been cried
There's two ways to say goodbyeWherever you go
Want you to know
There's two ways to say goodbye
Wherever you go
Want you to know
Two ways, goodbye
