Also 松前公高 Kimitaka Matsumae is a Japanese composer and is the husband of Manami Matsumae, who has also composed music for video games.
Little is known about Kimitaka. He attended Chiba University, but then dropped out. He then became a video game musician in the 90's. Gameography: Released Title
