Until Next Time Lyrics

Gone just as fast as you entered
Gone like a dream as I'm waking up
Gone but it's just the beginningThere in your slight hesitation
And in the halt of your rush hour pace
Time took a second to offer
Lines of your smile I can still retraceSo many songs playing their way out
So many stories waiting to be played out
So many words tugging at the back of my tongue
Until next time, should there be oneDrawn to the voice down the hallway
Drawn to her eye as she turned to me
A nod as I throw in a quarter
A nod as her message has been receivedSo many songs playing their way out
So many stories waiting to be played out
So many words tugging at the back of my tongue
Until next time, should there be one
Yeah until next time, should there be oneOnce in my life I saw you there
Once in my life maybe never again
And all that we had was a moment.
