Upstairs Lyrics

Man there's so much stuff up here
A quarter pound of lean ideas
Half a pound of dirty jokes
One pound of non-essential quotesIt's where the dreamin' starts, upstairs
It's where the jokin' starts, upstairs
You got some small ideas, upstairs
You got some big ideas, upstairs
It's where you calculate, it's where you speculateUpstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of my head? You are low on foreign words
Better meet a foreign girl
Take the foreign girl upstairs
And learn a lot of foreign wordsA little enchante, upstairs
A little hey, ole, upstairs
Ich heisse Billy Boy, upstairs
A little soya sauce, upstairs
You got some big ideas, you got some big ideasUpstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?

Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of my head?
Upstairs, upstairs, upstairsWhen you want the art to start
You cue the left side and the art will
Start to flow and flow and flow
And leave a stain on all your carpetsUpstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of my head?
Upstairs, upstairs, upstairsWhen you want the intellect
You cue the right side and you can
Collect the Nobel Prize in person
Or have someone mail it to youUpstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of my head?
Upstairs, upstairsCrammed with common phobias
Still, it's a Utopia
This is where you kill a guy
And you know he's still aliveUpstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of my head?Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of there?
Upstairs, upstairs, why don't you get out of my head? That's when the cleanin' starts
Hey, that's when the cleanin' starts
Ooh, that's when the cleanin' starts
Yeah, that's when the cleanin' startsUpstairs, upstairs, upstairs
Upstairs, upstairs, upstairs
Upstairs, upstairs, upstairs

There are at least three bands named Sparks.

One is an American rock and pop music band formed in Los Angeles in 1970 by brothers Ron Mael (keyboards) and Russell Mael (vocals), initially under the name Halfnelson. Best known for their quirky approach to song writing, Sparks' music is often accompanied by cutting and acerbic lyrics, and an idiosyncratic stage presence, typified in the contrast between Russell's wide-eyed hyperactive frontman antics and Ron's sedentary scowling.

The band's long career has seen them successfully adopt many different musical genres; including glam pop, power pop, electronic dance music and mainstream pop. Despite these many styles, a recognizable "Sparks sound" remains throughout, and they have enjoyed a large cult following since their first releases. Sparks have been highly influential on the development of popular music, in particular on the late 1970s scene, when in collaboration with Giorgio Moroder (and Telex subsequently), they reinvented themselves as an electronic pop duo, and abandoned the traditional rock band line up. In contrast to the esteem in which they are held by such peers as Depeche Mode, New Order, Pet Shop Boys and They Might Be Giants, who all cite Sparks as a major influence, their almost constantly changing styles and unique visual presentations have sometimes seen them dismissed as a novelty act.

The 2002 release of Lil' Beethoven, their self-described "genre-defining opus", and 2006's Hello Young Lovers (their 20th studio album) have brought Sparks renewed critical and commercial success, and seen them continue to "steer clear of pop conventions."

The other is a Christian rock band from Finland. MySpace

The third Sparks is pop group from Poland,
