Walking Home With You Lyrics

Here is the sun to light your day
Here is an answer when you pray
Here is the dry road through the sea
What more could you ever want from me?Written directions to my home
A promise you'll never be alone
Here is a lamp unto your feet
What more could you ever want from me?And when you fall I'll wait
I am always awake
All of your days I'm walking home with youMy body bruised and broken down
Precious blood spilled on the ground
I paid for your life up on that tree
What more could you ever want from me?And when you fall I'll wait
I am always awake
All of your days I'm walking home with youAnd until that day you stand
Here in my arms, here's my hand
All of your life I'm walking home with you
With you, yeahAnd when you fall I'll wait
I am always awake

All of your days I'm walking home with youAnd until that day you stand
Here in my arms, here's my hand
All of your life I'm walking home with youHome with you, home with you, yeah
I promise you, I'm, I'm walking home with you

Tree63 is a Christian rock band from Durban, South Africa formed in 1996 currently featuring John Ellis on vocals, guitar and piano, Darryl Swart on drums and Daniel Ornellas on bass guitar. Originally, the band was unnamed. John Ellis, the group's founder, came up with the name Tree in 1997 when performing at North Beach, Durban. The band had to come up with a name before performing on stage. The singer, John Ellis, was standing under a tree, so decided to call the band Tree. They added the 63 in 2000 due to a naming conflict with an American band.
