Wanted Dead Or Alive Lyrics

It's all the same only the names will change
And everyday it seems we're wasting away
Another place where the faces are so cold
I drive all night just to get back homeI'm a cowboy on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive
Sometimes I sleep sometimes is not for daysAnd people I meet always go their separate ways
Sometimes you tell the day by the bottle that you drink
And times when all you do is think
I'm a cowboy on a steel horse I rideI'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive
Oh and I'm a cowboy on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted, wanted, dead or aliveAnd I walk these streets a loaded six string on my back
I play for keeps 'cause I might not make it back
I been every where still I'm standig tall
I've seen a million faces and I've rock them allI'm a cowboy on a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted dead or alive
Wanted dead or alive

Montgomery Gentry is a country music duo, founded in the 1990s, consisting of Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry. Eddie Montgomery is the older brother of John Michael Montgomery. Some sources say that Troy Gentry is the son of Bobbie Gentry, which is untrue. Troy's parents are Lloyd and Pat Gentry. Eddie, Troy, and John were in a band called Early Tymz. Eddie and Troy continued to perform after John left to pursue a solo career. The duo went through several name changes before they decided to call themselves Montgomery Gentry. Eddie Montgomery is bald and seemingly always wears a hat. Eddie also has a habit of twirling his microphone on stage, which has become somewhat of a signature.

The band has released five CDs including "Some People Change" which was released in 2006
