Wanted Dead or Alive Lyrics

It's all the same
Only the names will change
Everyday
It seems we're wastin' awayAnother place
Where the faces are so cold
I drive all night
Just to get back homeI'm a cowboy
On a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted
Dead or alive
Wanted
Dead or aliveSometimes I sleep
Sometimes it's not for days
The people I meet
Always go their separate waysSometimes you tell the day
By the bottle that you drink
And times when you're alone
All you do is thinkI'm a cowboy

On a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted
(Wanted)
Dead or alive
Wanted
(Wanted)
Dead or aliveOhh alright
OhhOh I'm a cowboy
On a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted
(Wanted)
Dead or aliveWhen I walk these streets
A loaded six string on my back
I play for keeps
'Cause I might not make it backI've been everywhere
(Ohh, yea)
Still I'm standin' tall
I've seen a million faces
And I've rocked them all'Cause I'm a cowboy
On a steel horse I ride
I'm wanted
(Wanted)
Dead or aliveI'm a cowboy
I got the night on my side
And I'm wanted
(Wanted)
Dead or alive
And I'm right
(And I'm right)
Dead or alive
I still drive
(I still drive)
Dead or aliveDead or alive
Dead or alive
Mm dead or alive
Dead or alive

Montgomery Gentry is a country music duo, founded in the 1990s, consisting of Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry. Eddie Montgomery is the older brother of John Michael Montgomery. Some sources say that Troy Gentry is the son of Bobbie Gentry, which is untrue. Troy's parents are Lloyd and Pat Gentry. Eddie, Troy, and John were in a band called Early Tymz. Eddie and Troy continued to perform after John left to pursue a solo career. The duo went through several name changes before they decided to call themselves Montgomery Gentry. Eddie Montgomery is bald and seemingly always wears a hat. Eddie also has a habit of twirling his microphone on stage, which has become somewhat of a signature.

The band has released five CDs including "Some People Change" which was released in 2006
