What I Meant to Say Lyrics

I want you, I need you
I long to be near you
For now and forever more
Hold me in your arms
So close and stay by my side
Every night and day
That's what I meant to sayTalk and I'll listen
Without you I'm missing
All that you bring to my life
I swear I'll be honest
And live by the promise I've made
Oh I'll take the blame
That's what I meant to sayHelp me I'm falling so deep I can't breathe
There's no reason to live anymore
Without you here with meIn us you believed in
You searched for my feelings
You spoke without saying a word
And I gave you nothing

A kiss short of loving
Why did I turn away?
That's what I meant to sayBaby, help me I'm falling so deep I can't breathe
There's no reason to live anymore
Without you here with meI want you, I need you
I long to be near you
For now and forever more
So break all this silence
And tell me what I need to do
What I need to proveCause baby, I love you
Cause baby, I love you
And that's what I meant to say
