The Dead Salesmen are Justin “Happy” Heyward (vocals, songwritings), Justin Ryda (guitar), Patrick Bath (bass), Julitha Ryan (keys/strings) and Lenny Hyatt (drums) The Dead Salesmen hail from Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. Clouds also have a tendency to hail in Ballarat: It’s a cold and miserable place for about 10 months of the year. Some might say this has a strong bearing on the dark melodic and lyrical content of much of their work. But they’d be right.
