When We Disappear Lyrics

First day took the ABC away
And I didn't speak up when the numbers changed
Then they drained the colours that we drew
And when I turned my back, they came for youI walked away but then they offered more
Said I was the one that they've been waiting for
But even as I signed upon the page
The letters that I wrote began to fadeOh tell me, will there be no witness,
No ripples on the surface,
When we disappear?
Oh are we obsolete and beaten,
Is history repeating,
That ringing in your earsI saw a sign that I've been fighting for
I realized the ??? I was
But there was no one standing in between
And there is no one left to speak for meOh tell me, will there be no witness,
No ripples on the surface,
When we disappear?
Are we already obsolete and beaten,

Is history repeating,
That ringing in your earsI'm a drop in the ocean,
An ear on the plain
Are we the ones we've been waiting for
Are we the ones we've been waiting for
