LEVEL 10 was born out of a collaboration between American powerhouse singer Russell Allen (SYMPHONY X, ADRENALINE MOB, ALLEN/LANDE) and the acclaimed German producer/bassist Mat Sinner (PRIMAL FEAR, SINNER).
