Where I Belong Lyrics

I think I need a new tattoo
I wanna influence and age group
Maybe fifteen to twenty-two
They like to do what they want toI want the right mix of innocence
And sustainable offence
My shoes are a personality
A fractal in my geometryI wanna run through the milky way
Maybe disobey a cosmic ray
Weigh everything on judgement day
See how much there is left to payI want my answers to be questioned
I want more than one best friend
I want money that's already spent
I wanna act as if I don't pretend
But can I pretendThat I am playing along
But I've wondered all my life
Where I belong
The universe is just one song
But I've wondered all my life

Where I belong
I am playing along
But I've wondered all my life
Where I belongI think I need a new identity
A hotel with more amenities
Enemies keep me on my toes
That's why I gotta wear my new clothesIf I could overrule the voices
In my head making choices
Maybe then I could escape
A life spent in a dreamstateI am playing along
But I've wondered all my life
Where I belong
The universe is just one song
But I've wondered all my life
Where I belong
I am playing along
But I've wondered all my life
Where I belongI wanna run through the Milky Way
Maybe disobey a cosmic ray
