On december 2007 Apecis released its first EP, entitled Whale. Marked for its piano parts and dark ambience.

April 2008 was the month for the second Apecis' release, Ao EP; four tracks with a new version of Bardo from the first EP, one remix by Jewish Funerals Burial and Mourning and two new tracks, one of them on Whale's line and the other getting to what is coming on the next albums.
