Why Did You Give Me Your Love Lyrics

Mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm
Mmm, mmm, mmmOh, why did you give me your love, dear
When it lasted only a day
Why did you teach me to love you
Only to turn me awayYou promised that you would be true
Your promise was all in vain
But my heart keeps calling for you, dear
Like the flowers call for the rainYou may be sorry some day, dear
That you have broken my heart
That you have passed me away, dear
And fooled me from the start
