Tela is a rapper from Memphis, TN. He is known for his smooth delivery and clever word play. Tela - Piece Of Mind is his wonderful debut album and it was released in 1996 on Suave House Records. Production was managed by T-Mix, Jazze Pha, Slice Tee and Insane Wayne.
