Why Where When Lyrics

Why don't you quit holding back and say what you want to say
Where did the trouble go because it hasn't gone away
Are you going to pretend like you're some other person
Never saw it, never been there, never heard that questionI often wonder who you were before I met you
What do you do when you're alone
Did you really think that I'd make you feel okay
Even when you didn't want to feel that wayWhen did you decide that I was the one you wanted to
When did you decide that I was the one you wanted to, to playWhy, where and when
Why, where and when
Why, where and when
Why, where and whenI often wonder who you were before I met you
What did you do what got you through the day
Did you really think that things would be okay
Even though you knew they'd never be that wayWhen did you decide
That I was the one you wanted
When did you decide
That I was the one you wantedWhy, where and when
Why, where and when

Why, where and when
Why, where and whenWhen did you decide
That I was the one you wanted to playI feel that you were right there
I feel that you were right there
I feel that you were right there
I feel that you were right thereRight there
Right there
Right there

With a sound akin to Jawbreaker, Hot Water Music, As Friends Rust, and Fuel, Samiam achieved some mainstream success in the mid-1990's. Singles, including "Capsized" from their sole major-label release "Clumsy," on Atlantic and "She Found You" from their follow-up "You Are Freaking Me Out," found some airplay on modern/alternative rock radio and MTV. They released records through New Red Archives, Atlantic and Hopeless Records in the US and Burning Heart Records in Europe.
