Wild and Crazy Kids Lyrics

Well I can't fill this space
I'm feeling out of place
It starts with us and ends up badI can't fill this space
I'm feeling out of place
It starts with us and ends upIt gets worse right here
Can't you read?
This town's a convenient store
You can buy whatever you want
But you can't find your literatureWell I can't fill this space
I'm feeling out of place
It starts with us and ends up badWell I can't fill this space
I'm feeling out of place
It starts with us and endsIt gets worse right here
Can't you read?
This town's a convenient store
You can buy whatever you want
But you can't get your literatureIt gets worse when you're not on my side
It gets worse baby working 9 to 5

It gets worse when you're not on my side
It gets worse baby baby working 9 to 5It gets worse right here
Can't you read?
This town's a convenient store
You can buy whatever you want
But you can't get your literatureIt gets worse right here
Can't you read?
This town's a convenient store
You can buy whatever you want
But you can't get your literatureOh I can't fill this space
I'm feeling out of place
It starts with us and ends up badI can't fill this space
I'm feeling out of place
It starts with us and ends up bad

The band got its start in Oblong, IL sometime in 1999 when long time friends Aaron, Chris, and Bub who, disgusted with the local music scene, decided to do something about it and formed The Kinison. In late January 2002 still unhappy they headed out to California in search of a new bass player and drummer. The trio soon recruited Mike V and Mikey to complete the band. After 9 months of playing tiny shows in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles area they landed a spot on the indie rock festival This Ain't No Picnic.
